At Only-Fins.com, we are happy to offer a hassle-free return policy to our customers: a 60/120-day Satisfaction Guarantee on ALL of our merchandise.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- Within 60 Days (New Condition with Original Packaging)
- Refund/Credit: 100% credit or refund* on any item.
- Within 30 Days (Used Condition)
- Credit Towards New Equipment: 100% credit towards new equipment. You can send it back and get something different.
Handling Returns
We have a used section on our website where we sell returned items at a discounted price. Only-Fins.com can, at our discretion, change this policy depending on the condition of the return. If the item is significantly used or damaged, a full refund may not be provided.
- Within 60 Days (Used or Not in Original Packaging)
- Loyalty Points: 75% of the product purchase price, which can be used to purchase any other product we sell at Only-Fins.com.
- Between 60 and 120 Days (New Condition)
- Loyalty Points: 100% of the product purchase price, which can be used to purchase any product we sell at Only-Fins.com.
Recommendations
We recommend calling us with any issues to determine the best course of action. Sometimes, it’s not necessary to send the item back. Just give us a call, and we’ll figure it out together.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are NOT refundable. If you received Free Shipping on your order and return it, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Notes and Exclusions
- Restocking Fee: Certain items may incur a 10% restocking fee (This may be higher depending on custom options or in the event of a special order). High-dollar items may have a restocking fee which covers transaction and shipping charges.
- Exchanges: There may not be a restocking fee for exchanges.
- Custom Items: Custom items do not qualify for a full refund. We will do everything to ensure a proper fit, but a 100% refund may not be possible.
- Courses: Non-refundable after 7 days. If you activate any eLearning material, the full retail price of the eLearning coursework cannot be refunded.
- Used Items: Refundable and returnable for 30 days only.
- Protection Coverage: Payment for Only-Fins.com Coverage Protection will not be included in any refunds for items.
Return Instructions
- Complete and print out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form.
- Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Include all warranty cards and manuals.
- Include the RMA Form with a copy of your receipt.
- Send your package via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. We recommend using an insured carrier with tracking numbers to ensure we receive the product. Only-Fins.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to shipping carriers.
If you experience any problems with your order, or if you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receiving the item. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
